My memoji disappeared

After the iOS 14.0.1 update, my customized Memoji disappeared. Plus can’t find Animoji on iPad Pro. After the latest update, my customized Memoji disappeared. I had to start over and create a new one. THAT’s annoying. Is Animoji available on iPad Pro running iPad iOS 14.0.1? If so, how do I get it on my keyboard in Messages?.
